General Funding Guidelines The Paula H. Callahan Memorial Fund is dedicated to the memory of Paula H. Callahan. The Fund is dedicated to supporting the fight against breast cancer and also to sponsoring writing programs for at risk young women. The first annual meeting of the grants committee will be held during December 2007. Grants will be allocated to a limited number of projects. All proposals for funding must be initiated by the grants committee. The grants committee does not accept unsolicited proposals for funding. First year allocation of funds will be made in January 2008. A notice of all funds allocated will be posted on this site.
